Customers must provide the exact pickup address and disclose any access limitations, including narrow streets, stairs, gates, or obstacles that may affect pickup.
Customers must ensure the seller is informed of the scheduled pickup and has provided valid contact information. Customer contact details must be accurate and available for day-of coordination.
Payment arrangements must be confirmed prior to pickup. Additional fees may apply for oversized, overweight, special-handling items, extended wait times, or access challenges.
This service is limited to locations within the defined local service area (for example, within 30 miles of our location). Requests outside this area may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.
Cancellations or schedule changes may be subject to fees. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in partial or full service charges.
Items are covered during active transport only, subject to service limitations. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper packaging, or items not disclosed at the time of booking.
